Second time staying here, is it awful no, is it great no. This property is the definition of lipstick on a pig. Yes looks appealing when you book with new tile, fresh paint, new fans in room, and laminate floors in the rooms. But when you get in the rooms have an odor, is it mold? I have no idea. Not central ac so the rooms feel damp. Mattresses feel like Homer Simpson slept on them. Stayed here almost a year ago to the day and the bar and bites area is still not open and has the police caution tape across the area lol. Overall they try, waters in the room, cookies in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. So just understand what you are getting before you book here. As an aside, a family had a room on the 4th floor, it rained pretty good, the rain leaked into their room and soaked their bed. What did the hotel do? Gave them 70.00 off and a handful of towels!!!

Excellent place to stay. If only I had copied the great feedback I already provided the hotel, I would put it here. To sum it all up, I will certainly stay at hōm Hotel again and hope you find it as great for the price as I did for your stay.

Great location near I-75 (about 40 miles before the Florida Turnpike). The front desk staff was very friendly (not sure I remember the lady's name, but U think it was Latricia(?) She checked us in on Friday afternoon and checked us out around 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. She had a pleasant personality both times (she was a black lady around 40ish and took the time to ask how well we slept. 😴 💤 ❤️. The breakfast was very good also. The ladies there were very attentive a and kept everything coming out hot and fresh. I think a lot of people don't consider how difficult that can be when the hotel is filled with young basketball players staying there for a tournament!! Overall, it was very quiet at night with the exception of the young men coming back from their game (around 11:00 p.m. they were having a great time). That's to be expected with teenagers though!!
